My love for the sculptor Eduardo Chillida's works.

Eduardo Chillida Juantegui, or Eduardo Txillida Juantegi in Basque, was born on 10 January 1924 and died on 19 August 2002. He was a Spanish Basque sculptor, known for his monumental abstract works.

In September 2018, I enjoyed an exhibition of his sculptures in the Rijksmuseum's garden in Amsterdam, where I suspect the design for this ring originated.

This ring is first 3D-printed in wax, then cast in bronze using the traditional lost-wax method. The colour of bronze really speaks to me, and I love the patina that develops over time as part of its wear. The discolourations that some people get on their skin from wearing bronze jewellery are harmless. If that is not your cup of tea, this ring is not for you. This model is also available in silver.

I hand-finish each ring to complete the process.
