Inspired by the works of Josef Hoffmann (15 December 1870 - 7 May 1956)
He was an Austrian architect, designer, and co-founder of the Wiener Werkstätte.
I am drawn to Hoffmann’s use of square and rectangular patterns in his designs and architecture. The ring’s appearance shifts as you rotate various patterned sections to the front of your finger.
This ring is 3D-printed in wax, then cast in 14K gold using the classic lost-wax method.
The ring is hand-finished.
